What we sell

PassContractorExam sells exam-preparation materials: practice questions, explanations, study plans and related study tools. We do not sell state-approved pre-license education, continuing education credit, or the official examination, and completing our materials does not by itself qualify you for any license.

Independence

We are an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR), the Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB), any examination administrator, or NASCLA. All questions are original works referenced to publicly available sources; we never reproduce actual examination items.

No outcome guarantee (except as stated)

Exam results depend on you. We make no promise that you will pass, and no claims about pass rates. The one exception is the Complete Prep pass guarantee, whose exact terms appear on the pricing page and at checkout - those terms are part of this agreement.

Accounts & acceptable use

Access is for one person - you. Sharing accounts, scraping, or republishing our questions is not permitted and can end your access without refund beyond your statutory rights. Our content is copyrighted; personal study use only.

Purchases, billing & refunds

Payments are processed by Digistore24, our payment processor and reseller (their name appears on your statement). Prices are shown before any payment page. One-time products are charged once; the membership bills $49 monthly until cancelled - cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing and takes two clicks from your account. Refunds: see the refund policy (60-day money-back on all products).

Content on this site - including the free licensing guide - is general information for exam preparation, not legal, financial, or licensing advice for your specific situation. Licensing rules and fees change; always verify current requirements with the DBPR before relying on them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
