Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run the service, we never sell or rent your data, and every email we send has a working one-click unsubscribe.

What we collect

You give us: your email (and optionally first name) when you request your results or buy a product; your quiz and practice answers so we can score them and show progress. Automatically: standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location by country/region, device type) via Google Analytics, and basic server logs. Payment details go directly to our payment processor, Digistore24 - we never see or store card numbers.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: your diagnostic results, the study plan email series, your purchased products and account access, receipts and service messages. Marketing email is only sent to addresses that opted in, and stops the moment you unsubscribe.

Who we share with

Only service providers needed to operate: our hosting provider, Digistore24 (payments), Google Analytics (measurement), and our email delivery provider. Each receives only what its function requires. No selling, no renting, no "partners".

Retention & your rights

Unsubscribed emails stop receiving marketing immediately. You can ask us at any time to export or delete your data: email hello@passcontractorexam.com and we'll act within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for tax/accounting. Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CPRA) you may have additional statutory rights - we honor access, correction, and deletion requests from everyone regardless of location.

Cookies

We use functional cookies and analytics cookies. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Staying signed in. When you access your member area we store one cookie, pce_key, containing your licence key or order number. It is what keeps you signed in, so you don't have to re-enter your code on every visit. It lasts one year and is renewed each time you visit, it is marked HttpOnly so it cannot be read by scripts in your browser, and it is sent only to this site. You can end it at any time with the Sign out link in your member area, or by clearing cookies in your browser - do that if you are using a shared or public computer. Signing out does not affect your purchase or your saved exam progress; you can sign back in with the same code.
