60-day money-back guarantee - every product
Email hello@passcontractorexam.com within 60 days of purchase and we refund the payment in full. One email. No forms, no calls, no retention script. Refunds are issued by our payment processor, Digistore24, back to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
Membership specifics
The Until You Pass membership bills $49 monthly. Cancel anytime from your account (two clicks) - future billing stops immediately and you keep access for the period already paid. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first charge; later monthly charges are refundable if you were billed after requesting cancellation (that's our mistake, and we fix it fast).
Complete Prep pass guarantee
On top of the 60-day guarantee: if you complete your study plan (every assigned practice exam attempted at least once) and then fail the official Florida examination within your 12-month access period, email us your result notice - we extend your access 6 months free and refund $49. This is exactly what the order form says; if wording ever differs, the more generous version applies.
